Product Feature:
★ Double portable handles to meet different needs of free lead soldering and many other kind of welding.
★ Temperature dominated by insert card, preventing temperature changing unexpectedly and unnecessarily.
★ Automatic sleeping function which saves power; setting out-of-use time from 1 minute to 5,10,20,30 minutes, the station will lower down temperature to 200℃ automatically; when re-operate the station, it turns the power on automatically and recovers to the original set temperature promptly.
★ Automatic power off function; when tip is free for more than 30 minutes, the station will be power off automatically. You will need to restart the station for next operation. It will resume to original settings within 12 seconds.
★ Setting with error indicator; when tip temperature is lower than minimum warning range, or when errors occur to any elements (e.g.: heating element, PCB, etc.), the station will send error signal to remind worker to repair it.
★ Separate part for exothermic material & soldering tip, avoiding unnecessary cost for changing both parts, saving the cost and power consumption.
