Product Feature:
★ Novelty appearance design, prompt temperature recovery.
★ Temperature correcting function; When actual temperature defers from the set one for the soldering tip, you just need to input the number difference, the station will then make the actual temperature consistent to the set number.
★ Automatic sleeping function which saves power; setting out-of-use time from 1 minute to 5,10,20,30 minutes, the station will lower down temperature to 200℃ automatically; when re-operate the station, it turns the power on automatically and recovers to the original set temperature promptly.
★ Automatic power off function; when tip is free for more than 30 minutes, the station will be power off automatically. You will need to restart the station for next operation. It will resume to original settings within 12 seconds.
★ Setting with error indicator; when tip temperature is lower than minimum warning range, or when errors occur to any elements (e.g.: heating element, PCB, etc.), the station will send error signal to remind worker to repair it.
★ Temperature dominated by insert card, preventing temperature changing unexpectedly and unnecessarily.
★ Intelligent digital operation; micro computer can track tip temperature with speed of 5‰ second; ensuring the stable temperature.
★ Setting minimum temperature to effectively avoid welding hole or weak welding.
★ Temperature display in Fahrenheit or centigrade.
